This site incorporates accessibility design (Access Keys). Designed in accordance with the “Accessible Web Development Specifications,” it adheres to accessibility standards by providing web guide tiles (:::), site navigators, keyboard shortcuts (Access Keys), and other design features.
The main content of the website is divided into four major sections:

The following explains how to use keyboard shortcuts (Access Keys, also known as quick keys) on this website:
Alt+U:Top block, containing the links to the major sections of this site.
Alt+L:Left block, containing the links to the navigate sections of this site.
Alt+C:Main content block, providing the principal information of the page.
Alt+B:Buttom block, containing the links to the other sections of this site.
If you're using Firefox, the keyboard shortcuts are accessed by pressing Shift+Alt+[shortcut letter]. For example, Shift+Alt+C will jump to the center section of the webpage, and so on.
