(一) 申請方式：請填「在港臺生學習銜接措施(未涉及取得學位)申請單」，依申請方案email逕向本校申請，主旨請寫明申請項目，本校接獲申請單後會與您連繫。
(1)無學分證明：旁聽課程，請email至em50150@email.ncku.edu.tw
(2)有學分證明：隨班附讀、修習推廣教育學分，108學年度第2學期開始修讀，請email至em51000@email.ncku.edu.tw

一、非本國學生來成大交換NCKU Student Exchange Program- 2020 Spring Entrance, Special Project
目前具香港大學校院學籍之香港及國際學生有意於2020 春季班至成大交換者，請於11月22日前填寫完Google表單連結(https://forms.gle/wi5zy2bW3yUHtGqs5)，正式申請作業將於2019/11/26前以email通知登記的學生。Email 詢問請寄至 em50961@email.ncku.edu.tw 成功大學國際事務處交換學生計畫。 Overseas and International Students who are enrolled in universities in Hong Kung can apply for NCKU Student Exchange Program- 2020 Spring Entrance, Special Project. Please finish the sign-up sheet(https://forms.gle/wi5zy2bW3yUHtGqs5) by NOV 22, 2019 for the 2020 spring entrance. Applicants will receive the instruction for application via email by NOV 26.
