1.開學選課

Course Enrollment

學生因防疫所造成特殊情況,經導師及系、學位學程主任核可者,得申請減修學分(選課不受每學期最低應修科目學分數限制)。

Due to the special circumstances caused by epidemic prevention, a student who receives approval from the advisor and the chair of the department can apply for credit reduction (course enrollment is not limited by the minimum required credits per semester).

2.註冊繳費

Registration and Payment

學生因防疫無法於開學日返校者,為方便學生辦理註冊,本校繳費可採用的方式如下:
(1)信用卡「網路及語音繳費」
(2)使用台灣銀行(或其他金融機構)之網路ATM轉帳
(3)使用台灣銀行(或其他金融機構)之自動提款機 ATM 轉帳
(4)台灣銀行各地分行臨櫃繳款
(5)郵局各地分局臨櫃繳款
(6)萊爾富、OK、統一及全家便利超商繳款上限為 4 萬元整(超過金額者請勿使用本項繳款)
學生可就以上最方便的方式繳納。

另繳費時間亦可專案處理。延後繳費(或分期)申請方式:檢具相關證明並填妥申請單下載word版 下載odt版 下載PDF版,學生得以email逕寄註冊組,或委託他人辦理相關作業。

本校繳費及選課均採線上處理,學生只要完成繳費及選課,依學則規定便完成註冊手續。

Students, who are unable to return to school by the school start date due to epidemic prevention, can complete registration payment through the following ways at their convenience:
(1) Credit Card “online or voice payment”;
(2) E-ATM of Bank of Taiwan or other financial institutions;
(3) ATM of Bank of Taiwan or other financial institutions;
(4) Pay at the branch counters of Bank of Taiwan;
(5) Pay at the branch counters of Chunghwa Post;
(6) Pay at Hi-Life, OK Mart, 7-ELEVEN, Family Mart for a maximum amount of NT$ 40,000. If you need to transfer over NT$ 40,000, please DO NOT use this service.

Payment time can be processed as an individual case. Application for deferred payment (or installment payment): Students can submit relevant certificates and a completed application form下載word版 下載odt版 下載PDF版 through emailing to the Registrar Division or entrusting others to handle the related documents.

Registration payment and course enrollment can be completed online. As long as students make online payment and online course enrollment, the registration procedure is then recognized in accordance with the NCKU’s regulations.

3.修課方式

Course Implementation Methods

(1)學生與授課老師聯繫,商討課程銜接及自主學習等問題。
(2)由課務組通知系所,經授課教師同意,得由助教於課程後一週內,上傳課程內容或拍攝的影音檔至本校Moodle平臺,設限供修課同學自行上網觀看學習,評量方式由授課教師決定;若無法提供,請授課教師指派助教協助補課或課輔事宜。

(1) Students should contact the instructors to discuss issues such as course connection and self-learning.
(2) Curriculum Division will notify each department. With the consent of the instructor, the teaching assistant may upload the course content or video files to the school's Moodle platform within one week after the course. Online courses are limited for students enrolled to watch and study online. Evaluation method is determined by the instructor. If an online course is not available, please ask the instructor to assign a teaching assistant to assist in a make-up class or supplementary study.

4.學生請假

Student Leave of Absence

(1)為協助本校防疫措施,學生如居家隔離(或隔離列管)須請假時,請依下列方式進行:

A.開學後:如學生因疫須請假,請至「學生請假系統」提出「病假」申請,系統將顯示(中英文版)「本次請假原因為武漢傳染性肺炎之居家自主管理或隔離列管」選項勾選「是」或「否」;如為「是」者,請假應上傳證明附件:「嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎相關之各類通知書(下半聯即可)」,無須檢附「體溫及行程紀錄表」。

B.或至生輔組網頁/下載「紙本請假單」,以電子檔方式(含請假證明,如上所列)寄送學生就讀之系所辦公室(窗口),以利協助向各科授課老師請假(應完成紙本請假程序)。

(1)Students who cannot attend classes due to epidemic prevention of Home Isolation or Home Quarantine, please apply for leave in the following ways:

A. After the school starts: Please apply for a sick leave in the "Student Leave System". When the system shows (in Mandarin and English) “The reason for absence is to carry out epidemic prevention of Home Isolation or Home Quarantine”, please tick “YES” or “NO”. If you tick “YES”, please upload proofs of “Related Notifications of COVID-19 Prevention (the lower half would be sufficient)” in the attachment. The “record of body temperature and travel history” is not needed.

B. Or go to the webpage of the Student Assistance Division, download the “NCKU Student Leave Application Form”, and email a completed application form (including related proofs as listed above) to the student’s department office (contact) to help apply for a leave to instructors. (The paperwork of a leave application shall be completed.)

(2)課務組就學務處「學生請假系統」提供因防疫無法到課之請假學生名單,依學生之修課情形通知各授課教師,說明請假不列入缺席扣分記錄。

(2)The Curriculum Division, according to the data from "Student Leave System" of the Office of Academic Affairs,
●provides a list of students who will be absent from school due to epidemic prevention,
●informs each instructor of the class according to the student's course enrollment situation,
●and states that the leave is not included in the absence penalty record.

5.休退學及復學

Suspension, Withdrawal and Schooling Resumption

(1)休學申請:學生可至註冊組網頁/學生線上申請/申請表件系統,輸入帳密後點選申請休學,填妥後列印簽名後,再掃瞄mail至就讀系所即可。休學期限屆滿仍無法復學者,得予專案延長休學期限。
(2)學雜費退回:學校得退回相關學雜費用,不受學生退學時間點限制。
(3)放寬退學規定:學校得審酌學生身心狀況及學習需要,使學生不受學業成績不及格退學規定限制。
(4)復學後輔導:若學生復學時遇有原肄業系所變更或停辦時,學校得輔導學生至適當學系所修業,且系所應對學生進行選課輔導。

(1)Suspension application: Students can go to the Registrar Division webpage/Application Forms/Application Forms System, click APPLICATION FOR SUSPENSION FROM SCHOOL, log into student account, fill in the application for suspension, print out the completed application, sign on the completed application, scan and email to your department. If students cannot resume schooling before the suspension period expires, they may extend duration of study as individual cases.
(2)Tuition and Miscellaneous Fee Refund: School may refund related tuition and miscellaneous fees, regardless of the time limit for student withdrawal.
(3)Relaxation of the rules of dismissal: After investigating students’ physical and mental conditions and their learning needs, the school may relax the rules of dismissal if students receive a failing grade.
(4)Counselling after students’ return to school: If students’ original department is changed or suspended when students return to school, the school can assist students to continue study in other suitable and appropriate departments. Departments shall provide counseling for students.

6.畢業資格

Graduation Qualification

(1)學生因防疫有部分應修科目及學分或畢業條件無法完成者,學生得向系所提出申請,經系所務會議討論通過後提供替代課程或作法,協助學生。研究所學生於當學期若需進行學位考試者,得以視訊方式辦理。
(2)學生因防疫無法於期限內辦理畢業離校者,可委託他人代辦。

(1) Students who fail to complete their degree program requirements, coursework and credits or graduation requirements due to epidemic prevention can submit an application to the department. If an approval is confirmed in a department-level meeting and discussion, alternative courses or practices will be provided to assist students. Graduate students who need to take master/doctoral degree examinations during the semester can be examined through online video interview.
(2) Students who cannot personally carry out the graduation and school-leaving procedures within the time limit due to epidemic prevention may entrust others to carry out the procedures.

7.研究生學位考試

Degree Examination for Graduate Students

碩博士班研究生學位考試,研究生因防疫無法返校者參加學位考試時,得專案申請以視訊方式辦理學位考試。

Regarding doctoral degree examinations, graduate students who cannot return to school due to epidemic prevention can make a special application for online video interview and degree examination.

8.獎學金及其他

Scholarships and Others

(1)本校獎學金之獲獎生因防疫辦理休學者,續領資格可保留至復學當學期。
(2)本校校內審查之各項獎學金(如清寒獎學金、特教獎學金、優秀僑生獎學金…等),皆依前學期成績為參考依據。學生因防疫無法於期限內辦理申請者,可委託他人代為申請。若學生因防疫辦理休學者,可於復學時,可依休學前之前學期成績做為送審資料。
(3)學生因防疫無法返校申請獎學金所需之成績單時,可由各獎學金承辦人,直接向註冊組免費索取。

(1) Scholarship retention can be applied on winners of NCKU scholarships during study suspension due to epidemic prevention. Students can continue to receive the scholarship after a schooling resumption.
(2) All scholarships examined by NCKU (such as Low Income Household Scholarship, Special Education Scholarship, Outstanding Overseas Chinese Students Scholarship, etc.) are based on previous semester grades. Students who cannot personally apply before the deadline due to epidemic prevention can entrust others to carry out the procedures. Students who cease study suspension and resume schooling can apply for scholarships with the semester grades of the semester before suspension.
(3) Scholarship administrators can obtain free transcripts of applicants’ semester grades from the Registrar Division, if students due to epidemic prevention are unable to return to the school to apply for transcripts of semester grades required by the scholarship application.

9.各項經濟扶助資源申請

Application for Various Financial Assistance Resources

學生欲申辦生活輔導組各項經濟扶助資源,惟因防疫無法於開學日前準時返校而逾申請期限者,經註冊組登錄其修業狀態為在學後,將予以協助申辦(如就學貸款、學雜費減免、安心就學濟助…等)。

Students, who due to epidemic prevention cannot return to school on time before the school start date and the application deadline of various financial assistance resources from the Student Assistance Division, can still apply for those resources (such as school loans, reduction and exemption of tuition and miscellaneous fees, financial assistance from Study at Ease Project, etc.) if regarded as registered students by the Registrar Division.

10.學生團體保險

Student Group Insurance

(1)學生團體保險費已包含於註冊繳費單內,為便利學生繳費,本校繳費均採線上處理,學生只要完成繳費,即屬已參加學生團體保險。
(2)如已繳交學生團體保險費,無論在學或休學,均享有學生團體保險之保障(意外門診與疾病住院之理賠,包含因疫情而住院之情形)。

(1)The student group insurance is included in the registration payment note. To facilitate student payment, payment procedure is processed online. As long as students complete the payment, their participation in the student group insurance is then confirmed.
(2)If you have paid the student group insurance, no matter if you are during suspension or not, you are covered by the student group insurance (outpatient or emergency treatment at a hospital/clinic, including cases of hospitalization due to epidemic).

11.校內住宿相關

School Accommodation Related Information

(1)休退學同學如無法親自辦理退宿,可於填畢國立成功大學學生宿舍退宿申請表電子檔後,逕以電子郵件方式寄送、辦理。住宿服務組將於收到申請文件後協處。

(2)復學後如有住宿意願,可逕依住宿服務組公告說明,申請補宿。

(1) If students, during suspension or of withdrawal, are unable to go through dormitory withdrawal procedure in person, they can send the completed electronic application form of the Student Dormitory Withdraw Application by email. The Housing Service Division will assist with the administration procedure after receiving the application documents.

12.資格權利保留

Reservation of Qualifications and Rights

將視學生受疫情影響之學習狀況及需求,協助已獲得錄取資格之學生,確保其赴外交換、雙學位等國際交流及參與職訓課程、建教或產學合作計畫等之資格。

Depending on the students’ learning situation and needs, NCKU will help the students with qualified acceptance to reserve their rights and qualifications for international exchange, such as outgoing exchange and dual-degree program, as well as career training courses, cooperative education, and industry-academia collaboration plans.

13.學校相關輔導協助機制

NCKU Counselling and Assistance Mechanism

將視學生身心狀況、課業學習、職涯輔導之實際需求,適時轉介相關單位,並透過系所協助及追蹤學生修業情況,以協助學生度過困難。
為維護學生隱私,本校處理學生就學事宜,皆依相關規定辦理,並注意個人資料保護事宜。

Depending on a student’s physical and mental condition, learning situation, and actual needs for career counselling, NCKU will make timely referrals to related units, and also assist students during their difficult period through each department’s assistance and tracking of students’ learning situation.
To protect student privacy, NCKU administrates student education in line with relevant regulations and pays attention to the protection of personal confidentiality.

  • Q:學校能否聯繫大陸等地學校交換就讀,同時和成大溝通學分轉換事宜,以免造成延遲畢業?
    A:本校學生學分轉換由學生於就讀本校的系所認定。成大學生如滯留大陸修習教育部認可之「大陸地區大學及高等教育機構」,建議依據所屬系所學分承認原則,研究生事先經指導教授或大學生事先經系所學分承認權責委員會同意抵免後,其修畢後成績通過即可取得學分。國際處將為本校滯留大陸的陸生,依其短期修課的需求與本校的大陸合約校聯繫,規劃可行方案。如有非權責單位或特殊情事,教務處可協調處理。
    Q:Is it possible for the school to contact other schools in mainland China to exchange enrollment and communicate about the issue of credit transfer with NCKU to avoid  graduation delay?
    A:The recognition of a credit transfer should depend on the department. If NCKU students stay in the mainland to study at one of the "Mainland Chinese Universities and Higher Education Institutions" recognized by the Ministry of Education, it is recommended to follow accordingly the credit recognition principle of students’ department. Graduate students must receive approval from the advisor and the college students must receive approval from the credit recognition committee in advance for any credit waiver or transfer. Students can gain credits if they pass the academic performance grading. The office of International Affairs will contact with NCKU’s contracted universities in China for Chinese students who are banned from entering Taiwan and to discuss about the possibility of a short-term courses enrollment project according to Chinese students’ needs. If there are any special situation or case, the Office of Academic Affairs will make coordination.
  • Q:如何辦理線上休學?
    A:學生可至註冊組網頁/學生線上申請/申請表件系統,輸入帳密後點選申請休學,填妥後列印簽名後,掃瞄後E-mail至就讀系所即可。
    Q:How to apply for online suspension?

    A:如就讀學系審核畢業學分,確實已達畢業條件,可請同學代辦離校手續及請領畢業證書。
    Q:If I am not going to (or not allowed to) enter / return to Taiwan this semester, can I complete my studies online and the graduation procedures online?
    A:After the department reviews credit condition and confirms that all graduation requirements are met, students can then entrust a classmate to carry out the graduation and school-leaving procedures and obtain a graduation certificate.
  • Q:如休學,能否仍按既定年月畢業?
    A:畢業與否係取決於學生是否完成畢業條件,與休學無關。
    Q:If I apply for a suspension of study, may I still graduate as scheduled?
    A:A graduation depends on if all graduation requirements are met or not. It is not related to a suspension.
  • Q:若休學,獎學金能否在復學後恢復?
    A:需視奬學金的來源及屬性而定。
    Q:If I suspend my study, may I continue receiving scholarships after I resume schooling?
    A:It depends on the source and attribute of the scholarships.
  • Q:有可能下下學期需要修習的學分過多,屆時能否不限制修課學分?
    A:考量學生課程負擔,依學生選課辦法在教室容量許可下,經系主任同意學生每學期修習學分數,可在規定修習學分數上限外再超修學分,至多以三科或六學分為限。
    Q:If I might need to take more credits in the semester after the next semester, is it possible that the school sets no limit on the maximum number of course credits?
    A:In consideration of a student's curriculum burden and in line with the NCKU Course Enrollment Regulations, if a classroom capacity allows and if the chair of the department agrees, a student can take three more subjects or six more credits than the maximum number of course credits per semester.
